Job summary

Inspira Health Network seeks an RN to provide professional nursing care through the nursing process in a dynamic hospital setting.

You will collaborate with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality care while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. Per diem and per-visit scheduling may be available, with required licensure and certifications. A BSN/MSN path is preferred for ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a BSN or MSN program within six months of hire or rehire.
• Graduate on or before the third employment anniversary date into a nursing position.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire; BLS required by American Heart Association.
• NJ RN licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care through the nursing process.
• Meet the needs of the patient, family, and multidisciplinary team through communication, coordination, and evaluation.
• Comply with all policies and procedures, nursing standards of practice and regulatory bodies.
