Job summary

Inspira Health Network has an opening for a Registered Nurse focused on professional bedside care within a collaborative care team. You will deliver nursing care using the nursing process, coordinate with patients and families, and communicate across disciplines to achieve optimal outcomes.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a BSN or MSN program and are prepared to graduate within three years; Board certification requirements include RN licensure and BLS, with ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program within six months of hire or rehire and graduate on or before the third employment anniversary date into a nursing position.
• Grandfathered exemptions available for certain hires as described.
• RN licensure, BLS and ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care through the nursing process.
• Meet the needs of the patient, family, and multidisciplinary team through communication, coordination, and evaluation.
• Comply with all policies and procedures, nursing standards of practice and regulatory bodies.
