Job summary

Inspira Health Network seeks a dedicated nurse to deliver professional care through the nursing process, coordinating with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Applicants must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN within six months of hire and graduate within three years. NJ RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS within six months are required; national certification is preferred, with one year of specialty experience for per diem roles.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a BSN or MSN program within six months of hire or rehiring and graduate by the third employment anniversary date into a nursing position.
• Grandfathered exemption of educational requirement: Hired on or before May 31, 2013 – IMC; Hired on or before August 4, 2015 – IMC; Hired on or before May 31, 2023 – IMC.
• Current licensure with New Jersey State Board of Nursing as required by law.
• American Heart Association BLS required.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• National certification in area of specialty preferred.
• One-year clinical experience in specialty area required for per diem positions, two years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care through the nursing process.
• Meet the needs of the patient, family, and multidisciplinary team through communication, coordination, and evaluation.
• Comply with policies and procedures, nursing standards of practice, and regulatory bodies.
