This role provides direct clinical patient care. The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating care for assigned patients on a per‑shift basis. The RN supervises delegated staff, supports the Chief Nursing Officer, and ensures high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, staff competency, and effective resource management.
MetroWest Medical Center has served the community since 1893. It comprises Framingham Union Hospital and Leonard Morse Hospital, a unique behavioral health specialty center in Natick.
