Job summary

Copper Springs East, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse for Behavioral Health-Intake in Gilbert, AZ. The role supports inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services, with a 3x12 mid-shift schedule and four weekend shifts per month.

You will assess patients, lead care activities, supervise staff, and ensure safe medication administration. A strong team environment emphasizes collaboration, safety, and compassionate care in a modern facility.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• Arizona State License or Compact License with AZ endorsement.
• Associate's degree required; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff to ensure adherence to nursing policies and exemplary patient care.

How You'll Contribute

• Assesses patient and plan care within set timeframes and document findings according to policies
• Demonstrates leadership through duties that may include delegating tasks such as groups, close observation, meal supervision, etc
• Will also oversee staff to ensure nursing policies and procedures are followed and exemplary patient care is consistently delivered by self and all members of the team
• RN will follow hospital policy for medication administration
