Job summary

Tanner Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to perform nursing functions and supervise RNs, LPNs, and assistive staff in accordance with the state nurse practice act. The role requires licensing in Georgia and current CPR credentials.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, planning and implementing care, and evaluating outcomes to ensure quality nursing care across units.

Qualifications

• Requires Georgia Registered Nurse License or Multistate License.
• CPR certification required.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire into ED, ICU, Surgery, PACU, L&D, Float Pool (Critical Care and Maternity), SSU if taking GI call, Cath Lab or IR Lab.
• NRP within 6 months of hire into Nursery and L&D.
• PALS within one year of hire in PACU.
• BLS required within 30 days of hire.
• SCIPP required within 90 days of hire into Willowbrooke.
• Qualifications as designated in Nursing Clinical Ladder Policy.

Licenses & Certifications
