Job summary

Tanner Health in Carrollton, GA is seeking a Registered Nurse to perform nursing functions and supervise RNs, LPNs, and assistive personnel in delivering patient care in accordance with the state nurse practice act.

The RN assesses patient needs, plans and implements care, and evaluates outcomes. This role requires an active Georgia RN license, CPR certification, and eligibility for ACLS/NRP/PALS with required timelines.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or Multistate Nursing License.
• CPR certification for Healthcare Provider or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire into ED, ICU, Surgery, PACU, L&D, SSU if GI call, or Cath Lab.
• NRP within one year of hire into Nursery and L&D
• PALS within one year of hire in PACU
• SCIPP required within 90 days of hire into Willowbrooke.
