Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Outpatient Infusion Therapy, 205 N. East Ave, Jackson - Anderson Building
Contingent - 1-2 days per week, Monday - Friday with 1 weekend requirement per month and 2 holidays (half day) per year. Self Scheduling
Clinic provides non oncology infusions such as IV hydrations, iron, blood administration and specialty infusions for Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Osteoporosis and Endocrinology.
Candidate preference: Must have a minimum of 1 year RN experience inpatient or outpatient. Infusion and IV experience such as peripheral IV's, accessing ports, performing PICC line dressing changes, etc.

Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions. Contingent Option 1: Unit-based contingent that reports directly to the Unit Manager/Unit Director. Meets all accountabilities of a Registered Nurse. (Refer to Job Description, Registered Nurse, F02426).
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing.
BSN Required. If ADN, must be willing to enroll in an accredited BSN program within 3 years of start date, obtain your BSN within 5 years of start date.
Previous 1-2 years recent related clinical nursing experience and a demonstrated level of performance and practice required.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. BSN Required
