Job summary

Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking an Acute Rehab RN in Brownsburg, IN to organize and deliver patient care with varying complexity. The RN will plan, direct, and assess nursing care following hospital policies and will document progress accordingly.

The ideal candidate holds an Indiana RN license, has at least 2 years of related experience, and remains calm under pressure while supporting a team. The role emphasizes bedside care, compliance, and a positive, inclusive environment to promote

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Indiana.
• Minimum 2 years of recent, related nursing experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Remain calm under pressure and deliver safe care.
• Proficient in taking vitals and administering medications; BLS and basic compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and deliver care for a group of patients with varying needs.
• Plan, direct, assess and provide nursing care per hospital policies.
• Provide basic bedside care and document progress and interventions.
• Document patient progress and interventions in accordance with facility policies.

As an Acute Care RN, you will:

• Organize and deliver the care of a group of patients with needs of varying complexity.
• Plan, direct, assess and provide nursing care according to the policies and procedures of the hospital and department.
• Provide basic, bedside care
• Document patient progress, completed care, and interventions in compliance with facility policies
• Promote a positive and inclusive environment that fosters emotional well being

A few must haves for the Acute Care RN:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensed with in the state of Indiana
• 2 years of recent and related experience, as required by facility
• Must be able to work independently, yet together as part of a team
• Must be able to remain calm under pressure
• Proficient at taking vital signs and administering medication accordingly
• Active BLS, physical, TB test, and other medical compliance as required by facility
