Interim HealthCare Staffing in Brownsburg, Indiana is seeking an Acute Rehab RN to organize and deliver patient care, plan, direct, assess, and document nursing interventions in accordance with facility policies.

Active Indiana RN license, 2 years of related experience, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in vital signs and medication administration are required. Shifts include day and night options, with a 3-day-a-week pattern and every-other weekend.

As an Acute Care RN, you will:

• Organize and deliver the care of a group of patients with needs of varying complexity.
• Plan, direct, assess and provide nursing care according to the policies and procedures of the hospital and department.
• Provide basic, bedside care
• Document patient progress, completed care, and interventions in compliance with facility policies
• Promote a positive and inclusive environment that fosters emotional well being

A few must haves for the Acute Care RN:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensed with in the state of Indiana
• 2 years of recent and related experience, as required by facility
• Must be able to work independently, yet together as part of a team
• Must be able to remain calm under pressure
• Must have a history of reliability, and must have the ability to arrive to shift on time.
• Proficient at taking vital signs and administering medication accordingly
• Active BLS, physical, TB test, and other medical compliance as required by facility
