Perham Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver leadership and expert patient care across medical, surgical, pediatric, obstetric, nursery and swing bed units. You will assess, plan and coordinate care with patients, families, and the healthcare team to promote optimal outcomes.
The RN must maintain Minnesota RN licensure, communicate effectively in English, and participate in a rotating Casual/PRN schedule with at least four-hour shifts.

Casual/PRN
Casual nurses are expected to work a minimum of two shifts per month. Shifts must be at least four hours in length and selected from posted open shifts. Casual nurses must maintain required certifications and competencies, including BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Trauma Education, as applicable to their assigned area, and complete required annual learning by the specified deadlines.
