Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, safe patient care as a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team.
• Practice in a clinical environment supported by Nurse Managers and the WellStar Shared Governance Model.
• Follow the WellStar Professional Practice Model, 5-Star Nursing, and evidence-based practices.
• Uphold the standards outlined by the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association.
• Support system policies, procedures, and service excellence goals while advocating for patient needs.

Qualifications

Minimum Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.

Licensure/Certification

• Current RN license in Georgia or privilege to practice under the eNLC.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience

• National certification in specialty areas is preferred.

Minimum Experience
