Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, high-quality, safe patient care as a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team.
• Practice in a clinical environment supported by Nurse Managers and the WellStar Shared Governance Model.
• Follow the WellStar Professional Practice Model, 5-Star Nursing standards, and evidence-based practices.
• Uphold the standards outlined by the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics.
• Support patient voices, adhere to policies, and promote service excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.

Licensure/Certification: Current Georgia RN license or privilege under eNLC; BLS from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience: Certification in specialty area preferred.

Minimum Experience: Experience in direct patient care.
