Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to long-term care and rehabilitation residents.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident conditions and responses to care.
• Supervise and direct nursing assistants and other nursing personnel.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Protect resident rights and maintain confidentiality.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to long-term care and rehabilitation residents




• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care




• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
