Accela Post Acute Care at Hamilton is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 55-bed post-acute care team in Hamilton, NJ. The RN will provide compassionate nursing care, collaborate on care plans, and monitor residents’ health while supporting families in a warm, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license in New Jersey.
• Experience in acute care LTC or similar settings required.
• Current/active CPR certification is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to communicate at all levels and work well within a team.
• Customer service-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.

Weekend Requirement:

This position requires rotating weekends (on/off schedule). All Per Diem staff must commit to working at least one full weekend per month (both Saturday and Sunday).
