Accela Post Acute Care at Hamilton is seeking an LPN to provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care in a post-acute setting.

The role involves administering medications, monitoring health, and supporting individualized care plans on a team-based unit. Flexible schedules and ongoing training are offered, with Weekend rotations required and a welcoming, mentorship-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Current NJ LPN license.
• Experience in Acute care LTC or similar settings.
• Current/active CPR certification is preferred.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.
• Customer service-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.

Weekend Requirement:

Weekend Requirement: This position requires rotating weekends (on/off schedule). All Per Diem staff must commit to working at least one full weekend per month (both Saturday and Sunday).
