Job summary

Seminole Care & Rehabilitation Center in Oklahoma is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for the night shift (11pm–7am, Thu–Sun) to deliver high-quality care to residents across our community. You will assess, plan, and implement nursing care while collaborating with a skilled team.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying candidates, competitive pay based on experience, PTO, holidays with premium pay, tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 annually, and a 401(k) retirement

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing.
• One year of nursing experience is preferred.
• Valid RN license for the state of Oklahoma is required.
• Valid CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of nursing.
• Provide services that exceed standards.
• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans.
• Assesses and documents residents' condition and nursing needs.
• Implements physicians' orders promptly.
• Assigns nursing care to team members.
• Administers medications.
• Starts IVs and performs treatments.
• Documents treatments as required.
• Ensures supplies and equipment are maintained safely.
• Other duties as assigned.

Available Shifts:

• Night Shift- 11pm - 7am (Th-Su)

Essential Functionsof Registered Nurse (RN):

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing

• The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards

• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans

• Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs

• Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders

• Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications

• Administers medications

• Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents

• Documents that treatment as required

• Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of Registered Nurse (RN):

• Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing

• One year of nursing experience is preferred

• Valid RN license for the state of Oklahoma is required

• Valid CPR certification

• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization

• Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
