Job summary

STAT Home Health is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) in Baton Rouge, LA. The role includes supervising patient care, coordinating plans of care, and ensuring timely documentation including Oasis and 485, with supervision of staff as needed.

Qualifications

Essential Duties Include

• Supervise patient care

• Assure compliance with local, state, and federal laws including problem resolution, complaint investigation

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits at their place of residence or facility
