Job summary

STAT Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) in Shreveport, LA. The role includes supervising patient care and coordinating the plan of care, with responsibility for Oasis, 485 forms, and order submissions. You will supervise and mentor clinical staff as needed and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Current Louisiana RN license and CPR certification are required. ESOP benefits and a comprehensive package, including health and retirement plans, are provided to support long-term growth

• Minimum 1 year clinical experience as RN or 1 year as LPN

Responsibilities

• Supervise patient care
• Coordinate all aspects of patient care; enacts and updates the plan of care
• Complete Oasis, 485, and order submissions in a timely manner
• Supervise, orient, and teach other clinical personnel when needed
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws including problem resolution and investigations

Essential duties include:
