Job summary

STAT Home Health in Lafayette, LA is hiring Registered Nurses for full-time and part-time roles. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered. You will supervise patient care, coordinate care plans, and ensure timely documentation including Oasis and 485 forms.

Qualifications

Essential duties include:

• Supervise patient care
• Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiates and updates the plan of care
• Complete all documents timely, including Oasis, 485, order submission

• Assure compliance with local, state, and federal laws including problem resolution, complaint investigation

Qualifications:

• Current Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience as an RN or 1 year clinical experience as an LPN
• Current CPR Certification
• Compassionate and great time management skills
• Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits at their place of residence or facility
