Job summary

STAT Home Health is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) in Baton Rouge, LA. The role includes supervising patient care, coordinating plans of care, and ensuring timely documentation including Oasis and 485, with supervision of staff as needed.

Qualifications

Current Louisiana RN license is required.
Minimum 1 year RN clinical experience or 1 year LPN experience.

Reliable transportation for patient visits to residences or facilities.

Responsibilities

Supervise patient care
Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiates and updates the plan of care
Complete all documents timely, including Oasis, 485, order submission
Supervise, orient, and teach other clinical personnel when needed
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws including issue resolution and investigations
