Mount Carmel Care Center in Lenox, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the night shift. This full-time position offers a $4,000 sign-on bonus and hourly pay between $38.50 and $47.50, plus shift diffs of $2 and $4.

We are a faith-based, non-profit LTC facility with 69 beds and strong community ties. Qualifications include MA RN license, BLS, and at least 1 year in a nursing home. Benefits include PTO up to 30 days and health insurance premium coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Nursing License RN - Registered Nurse in MA.
• BLS certification required.
• Nursing Home: 1 year (Preferred).
• Must be able to supervise and delegate.

Responsibilities

• Assist Unit/Shift Supervisor in problem identification and development of corrective plans.
• Check all ill residents early in the shift, perform periodic assessments and report changes.
• Assess resident care needs for MDS, RAPS and interdisciplinary care plans.
• Report resident condition changes and document in Medical Record.
• Administer and record prescribed medications and treatments.
• Assess residents on admission and initiate interim care plans.
• Render emergency care as needed and submit timely incident reports.

Come join us at Mount Carmel Care Center! We are aFaith-Based, Non-Profit, boutique-sized Long-Term Care facility (69 beds), nestled in the heart of the Berkshires. Twice voted "Best of the Berkshires," we are sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm since 2013 and maintain a mission-based environment for our staff and residents.

We are seeking to hire aRegistered Nurse - RN.

• $38.50 to $47.50 per hour based on experience plus additional for shift diffs ($2 and $4).
• $4,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time - 11pm to 7am shift.
• Part-Time also available on 3pm to 11pm.
• Earn up to 30 days of PTO.
• We pay 80% of health insurance premiums.
• The only Faith-Based Skilled Nursing Facility in Berkshire County.

Registered Nurse - RN Qualifications:
