Trinity Health's St. Joseph of the Pines in Southern Pines, NC seeks a dedicated RN to provide direct nursing care and to lead nursing assistants in delivering high-quality, person-centered care within a long-term care setting.

Formación

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.
• At least six (6) months as a staff nurse in a long-term care facility.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must display professionalism both in appearance and attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and lead a team of nursing assistants.
• Direct day-to-day nursing functions in line with latest regulations.
• Collaborate with resident services to ensure holistic care.
• Contribute to the development of quality assurance programs.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and nurse notes.
• Administer medications with precision and care.
• Make daily rounds to ensure exceptional care standards.
• Assist in training and ensure safety compliance.
• Review care plans daily to ensure top-notch care.
