Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Schuylkill Haven, PA, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the 3p-11p shift to deliver high-quality bedside care to residents in a comprehensive continuum of care.

As part of a compassionate team, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans, administer medications, educate families, and participate in quality initiatives to improve outcomes in a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania
• Prior experience required; Graduates welcome
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor resident conditions, identifying and reporting any changes or concerns
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care
• Educate residents and their families on health and wellness, disease management, and preventive care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional care and outcomes

Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to providing a continuum of care, from short-term rehabilitation to long-term skilled nursing care, and a wide range of specialty programs and services.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
