About the RN Unit Manager Role

As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations. You will collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care. Your strong leadership skills and attention to detail will help you to:

• Lead by Example: Supervise and mentor a team of dedicated RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to provide exceptional patient care.

RN Unit Manager Qualifications

• Current RN License: Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum Experience: Strong clinical experience in a long-term care setting.
• Strong Leadership Skills: Proven track record of effective leadership and team management.
