Job summary

Great River Health Systems is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Intensive Care Unit in West Burlington, IA. The RN will work 36 hours per week on the night schedule (7:00pm–7:30am) delivering care using the nursing process and coordinating with the health team.

Minimum requirement is ADN with Iowa RN licensure; preferred CCU experience. The facility offers a robust benefits package including sign-on bonus, PTO, retirement and health plans.

Qualifications

• ADN required and valid nursing license in Iowa.
• Maintains valid licensure/certification/registration.
• Preferred experience in healthcare within last five years and critical care.

Responsibilities

• Delivers care using the nursing process (assessment to evaluation) in coordination with the health team.
• Interacts with patients and families while upholding high professional nursing standards.
• Provides care to cardiac/AMI, vascular, hemodynamic monitoring, endocrine, renal and pulmonary patients.
