Job summary

Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care in Dayton, OH seeks Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate end-of-life care. Join a team that listens, supports families, and upholds dignity at every visit. Requirements: 1+ year skilled nursing experience, RN license, CPR, TB results, physical, valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Hospice/Home Health experience preferred. Schedule: Wednesday through Friday, 8 pm to 8:30 am.

Registered Nurse Position Qualifications:

• 1+ years of prior skilled Nursing experience is required.
• An active unencumbered state RN license.
• Current driver's license auto liability coverage and reliable personal transportation.
• CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, and a copy of an updated physical.
• Hospice or Home Health experience preferred.
