Job summary

Crossroads Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse for overnight after-hours care to provide symptom relief and compassionate support in patients’ homes and facilities. The role emphasizes patient dignity and comfort during one of life’s most challenging journeys.

The RN will join a cohesive after-hours team, with qualifications including 1+ years of RN experience, active RN license, driver’s license, CPR, TB results, and up-to-date physicals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior skilled Registered Nursing experience is required.
• Active unencumbered state Registered Nurse license.
• Current driver's license and auto liability coverage.
• CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, a copy of an updated physical.
• Ability and interest to provide direct patient care in homes and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide symptom relief and comfort with empathy, bravery, and skill during after-hours shifts.
• Deliver patient- and family-centered care in home and facility settings.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• 1+ years of prior skilled Registered Nursing experience is required
