Job summary

Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care in Cleveland, OH is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate home-care team. You will provide direct patient care in homes and facilities, delivering skilled nursing with empathy during end-of-life moments.

The role requires 1+ years of RN experience, an active license, CPR, and willingness to travel. Shift: Sunday–Tuesday, 8:00pm–8:30am, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Active unencumbered state RN license.
• CPR certification, TB Results, updated physical.
• Willing to travel to provide direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in patients' homes and facilities.

Registered Nurse RN Qualifications:

• 1+ years of prior skilled Registered Nursing experience is required.
• Active unencumbered state Registered Nurse license.
• Current driver's license and auto liability coverage.
• CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, a copy of an updated physical.
• Willing to travel to provide direct patient care in homes and facilities.
