Paradigm Healthcare in Yoakum, Texas is seeking compassionate registered nurses to provide direct patient care and lead the delivery of residents' plans of care. You will enforce policies, protect privacy, and respond to emergencies with CPR.

Remaining tasks include coordinating daily assignments and supervising nursing staff to ensure high standards. The role emphasizes collaboration with physician orders, adherence to regulations, and ongoing professional development within a supportive team

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• 2 years LTC experience preferred.
• 6 months rehabilitative/restorative experience preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with the nurse practice act and facility policies.
• Develop and direct the delivery of a resident's plan of care per physician orders and guidelines.
• Follow facility policies and protect resident privacy and confidentiality.
• Provide prompt emergency support, including CPR.
• Create daily work and unit assignments and assist nursing supervision.
• Ensure nursing staff perform assignments per standards.
• Log off unattended computers and maintain secure workstations.
• Oversee nurse aides and coordinate with staff to uphold policies and procedures.
