Job summary

Providence Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with daily pay, and starting pay of $37-$46 per hour all inclusive.

As an RN, you will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and ensure care plans are followed. PA license, BLS, and strong communication and documentation skills are required, with a supportive, values-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with standards and plan of care.
• Follow care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plan.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and nursing regulations.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
