Providence Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Mercy Fitzgerald is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) on a full-time, part-time, or PRN basis. Daily Pay available with starting pay of $37–$46 per hour (all inclusive).

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania
• BLS Certification (CPR) required
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per nursing standards and physician plan of treatment and written care plan
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager
• Administer medications and treatments per the plan of care
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly to the clinical team
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders and facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and nursing regulations

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
