Job summary

West Chester Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles across 7a–7p or 7p–7a shifts. Daily pay is available.

We welcome applicants from the surrounding area including Upper Darby, Chester, Exton, Downingtown and more. The facility offers an 180-bed environment focused on sub-acute and long-term care with compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered PA RN license.
• BLS (CPR) certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per standards of nursing practice and physician plan of treatment.
• Follow and implement care plans from Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for quality care.
• Ensure infection control and regulatory compliance.

$37-$46/hr (all inclusive)

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring all care is provided in accordance with established standards and individualized care plans.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of PA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
