Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Home Health to provide compassionate in-home care in North Yarmouth and Freeport, Maine. This full-time role involves performing initial and ongoing patient assessments, implementing the plan of care, and educating families on safety and care needs.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, has 1+ year of clinical nursing experience, and is comfortable traveling between patient homes. Home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Certificate/ Diploma/ Associate/ Baccalaureate).
• 1+ year of nursing experience in a clinical setting. Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patients to determine their care needs.
• Completing initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Protecting patient and staff privacy in accordance with HIPAA.
• Providing nursing care according to the plan of care and physician orders.
