Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse Home Health to assess patients, perform initial and ongoing evaluations, and implement physician orders for in-home care in the Moberly, MO area. You will protect privacy, educate families, and monitor changes in patient condition.

Qualifications include a current RN license, 1+ year clinical nursing experience, and willingness to travel between patient homes. Home Health experience is preferred; drivers license and transportation required. EOE.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Certificate, Diploma, ADN or BSN).
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
