Job summary

HumanGood’s Terraces at Summitview in Yakima, WA is seeking an RN to oversee the total nursing needs of residents within a Best Nursing Home recognized facility. The role emphasizes our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care and offers both full-time and part-time schedules with Day, Evening, and NOC shifts.

Shifts include Day (6:45 AM–3:15 PM), Evening (2:45–11:15 PM), and NOC (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). Competitive shift differentials apply, and new grads are welcome to apply for a rewarding career with

• Current RN license in the state applying
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nursing, or post-acute/sub-acute care preferred

• Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.”

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM
• Evening Shift: 2:45 - 11:15 PM
• NOC Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

• Evening: +$1.00/hr
• NOC: +$2.00/hr

A day in the life may include:

• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm
• Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments
• Initiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident care
• Developing assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Current RN license in the state for which applying
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
• New grads are welcome!
