Terraces at Summitview, a HumanGood community, is seeking an RN to provide comprehensive nursing care for residents under our person-directed care philosophy. Both full-time and part-time roles are available, with day, evening, and night shifts.

Eligible candidates bring an active RN license and CPR certification; prior senior care experience is preferred but new grads are welcome. We offer a generous pay range ($42.50-$53.30/hr) with shift differentials and a robust benefits package including

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Full-Time and Part-Time schedules available!

Shift Schedule

• Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM
• Evening Shift: 2:45 - 11:15 PM
• NOC Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Pay range: $42.50 - $53.30/hr depending on experience.

Shift Differentials:

• Evening: +$1.00/hr
• NOC: +$2.00/hr

A day in the life may include:

• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm
• Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments
• Initiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident care
• Developing assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Current RN license in the state for which applying
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
• New grads are welcome!
