HumanGood’s Terraces at Summitview in Yakima, WA is seeking an RN to oversee the total nursing needs of residents within a Best Nursing Home recognized facility. The role emphasizes our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care and offers both full-time and part-time schedules with Day, Evening, and NOC shifts.

Shifts include Day (6:45 AM–3:15 PM), Evening (2:45–11:15 PM), and NOC (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). Competitive shift differentials apply, and new grads are welcome to apply for a rewarding career with

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state applying
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nursing, or post-acute/sub-acute care preferred
• New grads are welcome!

Responsabilités

• Responsible for the total nursing needs of residents and upholding the facility's person-directed care philosophy
• Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments
• Initiate care plans and supervise resident care
• Develop assignments with care partners and ensure accountability for resident care and satisfaction
