Job summary

Terraces at Summitview, a HumanGood community in Yakima, WA, seeks an RN to provide total nursing care aligned with our person-directed care philosophy. Full-Time and Part-Time schedules available with Day, Evening and NOC shifts and shift differentials.

You will perform comprehensive nursing evaluations, develop and supervise plans of care, and coordinate with care partners to ensure resident safety and satisfaction. Valid WA RN license and CPR are required; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state for which applying.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred.
• New grads are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm.
• Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments.
• Initiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident care.
• Developing assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care".

Full-Time and Part-Time schedules available!

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM
• Evening Shift: 2:45 - 11:15 PM
• NOC Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

• Evening: +$1.00/hr
• NOC: +$2.00/hr

A day in the life may include:
