Willow Valley Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team. You will deliver resident-centered care and serve as a clinical leader within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

The role involves collaborating with the health care team, administering medications, managing vital signs and wound care, and educating residents and families about treatments.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and patient education abilities.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
Administer medications (oral, subcutaneous, IV) and document treatments.
Provide direct bedside care for various medical conditions, including pre-/post-surgical residents.
Monitor residents and manage equipment, interpret clinical data and outputs.
Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and initiate interventions.
Perform wound care, catheter insertion, specimen collection, and other nursing procedures.
Educate residents and families regarding treatments and ongoing care needs.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
Administer medications (oral, subcutaneous, and IV) and accurately document all treatments and responses
Provide direct bedside care for a variety of medical conditions, including pre- and post-surgical residents
Monitor residents and manage specialized medical equipment while interpreting clinical data and electronic outputs
Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and initiate appropriate clinical interventions
Perform wound care, catheter insertion, specimen collection, and other ordered nursing procedures
Educate residents and families regarding treatments, procedures, and ongoing care needs
Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation
Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care coordination

What We're Looking For
