Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
• Prepare and administer medications (oral, subcutaneous, IV) and document treatments and responses.
• Provide direct bedside care for a wide range of medical conditions, including pre-/post-surgical residents.
• Monitor and manage specialized equipment, interpreting clinical and electronic data.
• Respond to changes in resident condition and initiate appropriate clinical interventions.
• Perform wound care, catheter insertion, specimen collection, and other nursing procedures.
• Educate residents and families regarding treatments and ongoing care needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care coordination.

What You’ll Do
