Mill Brook Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Fall River, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time or part-time positions. The job features Daily Pay and an attractive hourly range of $40–$49 all-inclusive, with shift differentials to reward experience and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered MA RN license.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
