Job summary

Eden Senior Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Edenbrook North, a facility focused on high-quality post-acute and long-term care for seniors. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.

Requirements include an accredited LPN program graduate, active state license, and at least 1 year in a long-term care setting. Competitive starting pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

• Hold a current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments and create personalized care plans for residents.

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse

• Shift Differentials - PMs: $3/hr., & NOCs: $2/hr.
• Starting pay between $32 -37.50/hr., based on experience.
