Edenbrook Green Bay, part of Eden Senior Care, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Rehabilitation Unit in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This full-time opportunity offers a supportive team and opportunities to deliver high-quality care to residents.

Responsibilities include planning and delivering nursing care, supervising nursing assistants, administering medications, communicating patient changes to the care team, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with active state license.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in long-term care preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Customer service oriented and caring toward residents.
• Able to work in a team and handle caregiving duties.

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process.
• Direct the day-to-day activities of the nursing assistants.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physician, nursing supervisor and family.
• Complete required record keeping upon resident admission, discharge, transfer; chart and document per facility policy.

Edenbrook Green Bay is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Rehabilitation Unit. The successful candidate will provide excellent care to our patients and ensure their speedy recovery.

Position: Registered Nurse

• $7,500 Sign on Bonus for FT
• $3,750 Sign on Bonus for PT
• Shift Differentials: PMs & NOCs: $2.00/hr.
• WE PM: $2.50 and WE NOC: $2.50
• $5,250 in yearly Tuition Reimbursement/Student Loan Repayment.
• Employee referral bonuses.

Job Description

Are You

• Customer service orientated
• A Registered Nurse- RN, Nurse RN, New Grad RN, Nursing student, or a Travel Nurse/ Travel Contract RN that is looking for a permanent facility with great benefits
• Experienced in long-term care preferred
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
• Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff

Requirements

• Graduate or Future Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Hold a Current State License as a Registered Nurse
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience as an R.N. in a long term care setting (preferred)
• A natural problem solver
• Are committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
