Job summary

VMP Healthcare & Community Living in West Allis, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for on-site care. Positions available on full-time and part-time schedules across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care while collaborating with CNAs and the healthcare team. Qualifications

• Current RN license in Wisconsin
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• CPR/BLS Certification required
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong assessment, communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor residents and document changes accurately.
• Supervise CNAs and other nursing staff.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians and the team.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Status

Full‑Time and Part‑time

Hours

• 1st shift: 6am - 2:30pm
• 2nd shift: 2pm - 10:30pm
• 3rd shift: 10pm - 6:30am

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.

Qualifications
