Care Options for Kids seeks an experienced RN to provide focused pediatric home health care, delivering one-on-one nursing in the home and building trusted relationships with families. You will manage high-acuity needs with autonomy and professional judgment, supported by a dedicated clinical team.

The role emphasizes consistent patient care, adherence to safety guidelines, and the ability to train and mentor families as part of comprehensive care plans.

Qualifications

• Current, active Illinois RN license.
• Current BLS CPR certification.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated pediatric home health nursing for high-acuity patients.
• Utilize clinical judgment to follow and adapt care plans.
• Build consistent relationships with the child and family.
• Deliver skilled nursing in a calm, controlled home setting with clinical support.
• Maintain patient safety and accuracy per CDC guidelines.
