Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for pediatric home health. You will deliver focused, one-on-one care in the patient’s home, using your clinical judgment to support children with high acuity needs.

The role emphasizes autonomy, continuity of care, and collaboration with families and our clinical team. You will work with a team that provides training and on-call support, PPE in every home, and a structured care plan.

Qualifications

• Current, active Texas RN license.
• Current BLS CPR card (in-person).
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care.
• Assess and manage high-acuity pediatric patients in home setting.
• Coordinate with families and clinical support team.
