Care Options for Kids provides pediatric home health nursing with one-on-one focus, away from alarms and interruptions, so you can use independent clinical judgment in a calm environment.

Nurses care for high-acuity pediatric patients while building trusted relationships with families, enjoying autonomy, continuity of care, and strong clinical support when needed.

Qualifications

• Current, active Illinois RN license.
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online).
• G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).

Responsibilities

• Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing.
• Deliver skilled nursing in a calm, controlled home environment.
• Collaborate with families and clinical support to ensure continuity of care.
