Care Options for Kids is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) for pediatric home health in Illinois. You will deliver focused, one-on-one nursing in the home, building stable relationships with children and their families while exercising clinical judgment with clinical support as needed.

Ideal candidates are autonomous, value continuity of care, and thrive in a calm home environment. This role involves high-acuity pediatric care with a dedicated team and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current, active Illinois RN license.
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online).
• G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).

Responsibilities

• Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing.
• Follow care plans and physician orders in the home setting.
• Collaborate with families and clinical support teams.
