Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license.
• Current BLS CPR certification.
• G-tube, trach or ventilator care experience, or willingness to train.
• TB skin test (PPD) or TB blood test (QF) performed within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient status and care plans.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare team to ensure safety and quality of care.

Requirements

• Current, active Colorado RN license
